20th Century, Harvin Traditional Heavy Brass Candlestick - High Polish Brass
A high polish finish, brass candlestick by Harvin. Original patina present. Presents beautifully. A solid piece weighing over 2 pounds!
Harvin was established in 1877 and has since become part of Virginia Metalcrafters.
Exact date of production unknown. 20th century production.
Markings:
- Marked on bottom, "Harvin // 3001 // 1"
Condition:
- Original vintage condition with wear appropriate for age
- In untouched state -- brass has been cleaned, but not been polished
- Original patina present
- Light candle wax residue remains
- A nick and spot of roughness on the rim of the candle area (Please see Photo #6)
Measurements:
- Height – 9" inches tall
- Diameter – 3 1/4" inches square
- Interior Candle Opening – approx. 3/4" inches
