1964, Bjorn Wiinblad Signed Studio Piece, Ceramic Container w/ Lid, Two Women Nature Scene, Pink/ Red Off White/ Gray Ceramic Box, 1960s
A 1964, signed studio piece by Danish designer, Bjorn Wiinblad (1918-2006). This piece is a large scale, square, ceramic container/ box with lid (with built-in interior dividers) featuring a folk art design of two women holding parasols in nature in a pinkish/ red glaze against an off-white/ gray with speckles in the base glaze. Glaze on entire piece is high gloss with some glaze skips present from time of production.
Production Date: 1964
Overall very good condition with light signs of wear, age, and use. Glaze skips are present on piece in various spots from time of production.

- Signed on bottom of container, Bjorn Wiinblad, '64, 309, DANMARK with caricature portrait of the artist
Condition:
- Original vintage condition with little to no signs of wear
- No chips or cracks found
