Instant Collections
Instant collections/ groupings of items can be great for a variety of reasons. You can find “instant collections” nearly anywhere — at estate sales, online platforms like Etsy, eBay, etc., thrift stores, and at auction.
Bonhams in Los Angeles, California, has a Home & Interiors Auction coming up on February 1st, 2023, at 1pm EST. This auction has over 300 lots available and several of the lots are collections of items.
Groupings of items is visually impactful in an interior and buying a collection already put together is a quick way to achieve this collected look. Below are lots that caught my eye. My favorite lot is the set of 31 American Sterling Silver plates. How gorgeous would these look in a kitchen or dining room? I think they would look fantastic!
